Pastor | CONFIRMATION TEACHER
Pastor Ferber was called to Redeemer in January of 2014 after 25 years of pastoral ministry in northern California and central Minnesota. Before he became a pastor, he worked in the area of sports medicine as a physical therapist and a certified athletic trainer. Pastor Ferber's highest vision is a united, repentant, joyful body of believers who know the Lord and make Him known to the world.
School Administrator | FIRST GRADE
Linda has been at Redeemer Christian Academy since 1980. She has taught grades 1-8 throughout her career. Linda believes Redeemer's greatest asset is the strong emphasis on God. She received her degree in elementary education from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.
Marit Esterberg has been teaching at Redeemer for more than 17 years. She has served as lead teacher and director for 10 years. Working with the youngest students has always been her passion. She received her degree in elementary education with a minor in early childhood from the University of Wisconsin, Stout.
Amanda Dehmer has taught preschool through grade 8 since 2000. Amanda is passionate about sharing her faith with young children and finding out what their specific gifts and talents are and sharing that with parents.
Charlotte Penn has taught Pre-K through grade 6. She is excited to be teaching at Redeemer, where she grew up attending church and school. Being able to point everything to Jesus during the school day is her favorite part of teaching.
Mrs. Boeder has been teaching God's children since 1988. She thoroughly enjoys spreading the Gospel every day in her classroom. She believes it is a great privilege to grow along with her students, as they continue to discover how their Almighty God is in control of everything.

Stephanie Schrupp has been teaching since 1993. She has previously taught at Central Lutheran School in Rochester, MN and St. Peter's Lutheran School in Edina, MN.
Middle School & Athletic Director
David Gesch is a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School and Concordia College in Seward, Nebraska. He has taught at Redeemer since 1987. Prior to that he taught for two years at Gospel Lutheran School in Milwaukee.
Sixth Grade and Middle School Science/STEM
Natalie attended Redeemer from preschool through grade 8. It has always been her dream to be a Lutheran school teacher and give back to the place that gave so much to her. Natalie graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul, with a degree in elementary education and a middle school math endorsement.
Seventh and EightH Grade AND MIDDLE SCHOOL LITERATURE
Gordie Edmison has been teaching students of various grade levels since 1986. Gordie looks forward to meeting and working with students and helping to guide them in a Christian setting. He believes Redeemer's greatest asset is to be able to share the message of Jesus Christ with others.
Dan Oie joined the staff of Redeemer Christian Academy in 2015. Dan also has the unique perspective of teaching 6 years at Redeemer back in the 80s. Dan received his ministry training at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and completed his BFA in piano performance and his MFA in choral conducting at the University of Minnesota.
Part-Time School Secretary
Laura Brinkman lives with her husband and three girls in Plymouth and is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Laura enjoys crafting and the outdoors when not busy with family activities.
Food Service Coordinator
Sally Chinn enjoys serving food to the students and getting to know them. She lives in Plymouth with her husband. Her hobbies are taking karate class, teaching piano lessons, and going for walks in the summer.

Linda Edmison began teaching in 1986 and has continued to teach in various subject areas for preschool through grade 8. Linda loves teaching about God’s great love and how He watches over us each and every day.
Mrs. Hendershot serves several parochial schools, including Redeemer, as a band instructor for grades 4-8. Through her we offer onsite 30-minute instrumental lessons as well as a beginner and advanced ensemble experience during the school day once each week. Mrs. Hendershot is a private contractor and you may contact her to sign up for lessons.
Extended School Care Director
Addie Isenberg graduated from Redeemer in 2011. In her free time she enjoys volunteering with the youth group as the girls’ small group leader, as well as playing volleyball and spending time outdoors.
Part-Time School Secretary
Tammy Melton is a part-time secretary and nurse para. She is also on duty at the school entrance welcoming our students and families with a morning smile! She delights in her husband, five children and daughter-in-law.
Jim Menzel began as the church and school custodian in 1986. For more than 30 years, Jim has seen many changes at Redeemer, but one thing remains the same; the smiling faces of the students. Jim enjoys his job and is thankful for the many friends he has made while at Redeemer.
